David Bueno

David Bueno Vallejo, PhD in Computer Science at the University of Málaga, is currently CIO at the City of Malaga. He leads a team of 130 professionals at the Municipal Information Technology Centre (CEMI). The CEMI maintains all the telecomunication and computing facilities and focus on the advancement of e-governement, smart cities and digital citizen communications.
